Hello ICF Georgia Government Community of Practice members!  I love that we have a place to share thoughts in our very own forum!  Thanks Nikki Evans for creating this for us! (Nikki is our chapter Director of Communications).  

I have been coaching some of my federal agency SES clients on how to best transition their offices/teams back to the office from 100% telework situations.  The Delta variant is certainly causing some hiccups with these plans, but I'm curious if any of your government clients are seeking coaching on returning to work?  Let's have a conversation in this forum!  -Bob
