Conflict Coaching

It seems these days that conflict is all around us! Even the coaching profession is not immune to interacting with clients who are struggling with conflict at work, at home and in their communities. We all need specific coaching skills to ensure we support our clients, teams and groups when they are experiencing conflict. A special emphasis on conflict management and coaching in the federal government workplace is something we should focus on as well.

Join us on Thursday, November 18th for a discussion on conflict coaching. Our FAA guest speaker, Helen Katsoudas, will share her extensive experience and tips on government conflict coaching, conflict management, mediation and the alternative dispute resolution process.

Please sign up for this timely and informative event. The forums are free and open to everyone who has an interest in government coaching!

*Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU): 1.0 hour Resource Development

About the Government CP

The ICF Georgia Chapter Government Coaching Community of Practice (CP) supports coaching in the government sector by providing targeted resources, professional development, and networking opportunities for internal and external coaches, and others who are interested in government coaching.

The CP is open to all levels of government (internal and external coaches) at the federal, state, and local levels. The ICF Georgia Government Community of Practice is led by a steering committee of trained coaches who similarly serve in federal, state, or local governments in GA.
