COVID-19 Pandemic:  An Opportunity for Health and Wellness Coaching

The COVID-19 Pandemic has increased our stress levels over the past two years and continues today.  Coaching can help in many ways by helping our clients find pathways through the stress and uncertainties of the future.  One of the things all us have the power to do is be more intentional about our own health and wellness and coach our clients to do the same.  We all need specific coaching skills to ensure we support our clients, teams and groups when they are experiencing stress.

Join us on Thursday, May 19th for a discussion about health and wellness coaching in the COVID 19 Pandemic.  Our host and guest speaker, Judy Kruger, will share her extensive experience as a health and wellness coach through the lens of a senior government leader.

The forums are free and open to everyone who has an interest in government coaching!
