Event Description:
The session will include team coaching definition, an introduction to team coaching frameworks, tools, practices, and resources. The session will provide you with a basic understanding of team coaching, tools, and practices. As a participant, you will get the opportunity to practice some of the basic tools that will deepen your learning.

Ruqaya Ibrahim, ACC is a Columbia University-trained Leadership Coach that enjoys working with individuals and teams who are longing to get unstuck and create extraordinary results.
She brings a global perspective, including four years of experience as an architect in the Middle East, before transitioning her career to Social-Organizational Psychology.
As a certified coach and an Organizational Psychologist, she has a deep understanding of many challenges in organizational settings. Ruqaya loves shifting paradigms, showing people what’s possible for them when they choose to let go of their limiting beliefs and step into their vision with confidence.
Ruqaya holds a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from the Teacher’s College of Columbia University in New York. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS)’s Six Conditions Framework for Team. She speaks Arabic, English and basic French.
Salma Zarroug, CPCC, ACC is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Human Resource Professional and a published author. She collaborates with organizations on areas related to talent acquisition and development, utilizing targeted HR solutions and strategies. As a coach, she supports professionals and aspiring leaders tap into their inner powers and form new life visions and career goals.
Salma has her MSc in Human Resources Management and Development. Her research on women’s career advancement and the glass ceiling ignited her passion to support women realize their full potential. She co-authored two books “Women Who Inspire” & “She Dares”, illustrating powerful stories from inspiring women overcoming obstacles and leading change in the world. She is certified in the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS)’s Six Conditions Framework for Team Effectiveness. Salma lives in the UAE and UK and she speaks English and Arabic fluently.
