Event Description:

Case Study: Executive Team Rebuilds Eroded Trust at a Multi-Billion-Dollar Company. The results of the engagement were $100 million in impact to the business and "priceless" to many people's personal lives.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Types of Results possible in leadership/coaching engagements and how to measure them
