Event Description:

This session will allow team coaches to experience a taste of group supervision and the benefit and value it may hold for them as they work with complexity. Come prepared to participate in discussion about what the research is revealing, contribute to a group supervision session and get your questions answered.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this presentation, you will be able to:

1. Experience SuperVision

2. Understands and explore individual and Team Coaching Competency (esp. Coaching Mindset and Ethical Practice)

3. Identify the added complexity in Team Coaching

Featured Speaker:

Larissa Thurlow and Traci Manalani are both experienced Coach Supervisors who have completed credentialed programs for Coaching Supervision. They began partnering through their specialized advanced training in Group Supervision to work with team coaches. Larissa and Traci are both PCC-level ICF Coaches who have received University-based education as a foundation for their initial coach training. Both are deeply skilled and experienced with Team Coaching through their Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) training and certification, through providing coaching supervision for Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) team coaches, and through years of direct experience as team coaches.
