She is passionate about wellness and enjoys nature and how it can increase your creativity. She’s experienced forest bathing and logged many miles on trails through walking and running ultra marathons. Walking in nature in a mindful way provides a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health.
Jenn Andreou, PCC is an executive, Life and Leadership Coach and also works with LUMO where she works to upskill working parents by providing them with professional coaching that benefits the individual, family, organization, and ultimately the world. Jenn enjoys walks regularly and believes that getting out for a walk while networking with fellow coaches can create great conversations.
