Your Success As A Global Coach Depends On Your Cultural Intelligence - Here’s Why No matter whether you are already working with international coaching clients or whether you are considering to expand your practice beyond your borders – chances are you will be confronted with behaviors that are different from those of your domestic coachees. And now that most (all?) of us have learned how to deliver value to our clients remotely, global opportunities for coaches are on the rise. If you truly want to be a global coach, however, you’ll need to boost your Cultural Intelligence (CQ). There’s no way around it. You can, of course, work successfully at an international scale and never develop it, but you will not reach your full potential without working on your CQ. There is a process to strengthen your cultural savviness, if your goal is to seriously work on your ability to engage and interact with business partners from different cultural backgrounds. Let's take a look.
