Attract Great Clients, with or without a Niche

Most coaches have gotten advice that they must define a niche if they want to grow a successful coaching practice. But all too often, this narrow perspective keeps talented coaches stuck in analysis paralysis, worried that they’re doing it wrong.

Ready for some good news? While a niche is a good way to focus your business, it is definitely not the ONLY way.

Presenter Mary Cravets teaches from her own experience of earning multiple six figures for years before she chose a niche. In this interactive presentation, participants will:

    • Clear up misunderstandings about what a niche actually is, then discover alternative approaches that focus your efforts AND leave your options open for a variety of different clients.
    • Get out of niche analysis paralysis and instead explore an action-oriented “earn-while-you-learn” approach to growing your business.
    • Learn the client attraction system that has a proven track record of helping both new and experienced coaches attract more high-quality clients and increase their income by 50% or more.

Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU): 1.5 TBD

Are you a new coach seeking connection, resources, and growth? Join the New Coach CP meeting! Whether you've just finished training or are establishing your coaching practice, this is the space to share, learn, and thrive alongside peers on similar journeys.

    New Coach CP Description:

Have you completed your training and wondering what's next? Are you feeling disconnected and seeking a sense of belonging? Are you working hard to establish your practice but yearning for support? Do you crave a community where you can hold yourself accountable and receive support in return? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the New Coach CP is the perfect place for you.

A community of practice (CP) for new coaches can be an excellent resource to provide the necessary support for new or newish coaches. In this community, they can connect with peers who are at similar stages in their coaching careers and exchange valuable insights, tips, and resources.

New Coach CP members can learn from each other's experiences, and the CoP can provide access to training and mentoring opportunities. By engaging in ongoing discussions, new coaches can also stay up to date with industry trends, new coaching techniques, and best practices.

New Coach CP can also offer a safe space for new coaches to ask questions, get feedback, and share their challenges without fear of judgment. The support and encouragement they receive from peers can help build confidence and enhance their coaching skills.

This community can be an invaluable resource for professional development, knowledge sharing, and support. By fostering a supportive community, we can help new coaches to thrive and contribute positively to the coaching profession.

    Goals:

    • Provide support in the early stages of establishing and/or growing a coaching practice
    • Provide training and professional development
    • Share resources and knowledge
    • Provide feedback and accountability
    • Create a network of fellow new coaches
