“The quality of a person’s life is most often a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group.” - Tony Robbins. We are excited to invite you to our first ICF GA Mastermind Group. This is an intimate group of 8-12 coaches who meet regularly to discuss, collaborate, and support each other on topics that would benefit our businesses. Space is limited, so be sure to register as soon as you can!

    Event Details:

Date: Every second Thursday of the month for 6 months: March 7th, April 11th, May 9th, June 13th, July 11th, August 8th

    Time: 12-1:30 pm EST

Location: Virtual and one optional in-person gathering

    Cost: $30 members / $40 non-members

A mastermind group is a gathering of peers who meet to give each other advice and support on a related industry. Whether you're a seasoned coach, an aspiring professional, or someone passionate about the field of coaching, our goal is to foster a community where we can learn and grow from each other, regardless of your experience as a professional coach. Bring your biggest business questions and join a supportive group to help you achieve your goals and overcome setbacks. We’ll set forth our meeting cadence and group rules together during our kick-off. Here’s the meeting structure:

    ● Grounding exercise and introductions

    ● Each participant shares their question/topic for the group. For example:

    ○ Business model: What is your current business model? Are you planning to maintain and why or are you looking for opportunities to enhance and what are your goals?

    ○ Sales goals: What is your target sales funnel? How many active clients do you look to have and how many opportunities do you keep in the funnel to maintain that?

    ○ Service breakdown: What is your breakdown between 1:1 coaching, group coaching/ workshops, and passive income? What would you like it to be?

    ● People will go around and respond with their advice, questions, or general thoughts about the topic.

    ● We will likely get through 3 questions, max of 5

    ● Close with learnings, takeaways and commitments from each person

Note: If not all the dates work for you, please still register, we will adjust the timing of our meetings to accommodate the majority of the group.

Join us at The Big ICF-GA March Chapter VIRTUAL Meeting: The 3As of Coaching: Adjectives, Adverbs, & Absolutes

    1.5 Core CCEs

    Description:

Transformational conversations in coaching happen when coaches pay attention to the details, the subtle nuances in a client’s word choices.

Little words, seemingly throw-away add-ons, can be a profound avenue of inquiry and exploration into the inner thoughts and being of your clients.

Why? Because we each choose these descriptors for personal reasons.

These qualifiers are known as the 3As: Adjectives, Adverbs, and Absolutes.

When we explore our client’s use of the 3As, we open up their awareness to the words they might be unconsciously choosing (or consciously choosing for dramatic purposes) and bring conscious focus to their intention choices for speaking their lives into reality.

    Takeaways from this event:

The power of inquiring and exploring the 3As.

How to help your client create new awareness around their qualification words (that they may not have realized they were doing)

Shift from What-focused sessions to Who-centric sessions by discovering the Why behind the client’s qualifiers.

How the 3 As apply to Core Competencies 6: Listens Actively and 7: Evokes Awareness

Bio: Daniel Olexa, MCC, CIHt has been a coach all of his life. He started his ‘official’ coaching career in 2017. In less than 7 years, he earned his MCC credential, coached hundreds of clients, trained over 3,500 individuals around the world to become coaches, and mentored nearly 100 coaches to achieve their credentials with a 100% success rate.

He is the founder of Transcendent Living, and believes in everyone’s ability to live beyond normal outcomes (the definition of transcendence), if they are committed to changing their being through examining their stories of worthiness and self.

His motto is: "Normal people do normal things. You are better than that.”

He is also a 3x Amazon bestselling author, corporate trainer, and keynote speaker.

Daniel believes that the true superpowers of coaching are presence, silence, and skeptical curiosity. (<----Notice the adjective there?)
