New Coach CP

Have you completed your training and wondering what's next? Are you feeling disconnected and seeking a sense of belonging? Are you working hard to establish your practice but yearning for support? Do you crave a community where you can hold yourself accountable and receive support in return? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the New Coach CoP is the perfect place for you.

A community of practice (CP) for new coaches can be an excellent resource to provide the necessary support for new or newish coaches. In this community, they can connect with peers who are at similar stages in their coaching careers and exchange valuable insights, tips, and resources.

New Coach CP members can learn from each other's experiences, and the CoP can provide access to training and mentoring opportunities. By engaging in ongoing discussions, new coaches can also stay up to date with industry trends, new coaching techniques, and best practices.

New Coach CP can also offer a safe space for new coaches to ask questions, get feedback, and share their challenges without fear of judgment. The support and encouragement they receive from peers can help build confidence and enhance their coaching skills.

This community can be an invaluable resource for professional development, knowledge, sharing, and support. By fostering a supportive community, we can help new coaches to thrive and contribute positively to the coaching profession.

Goals:

  • Provide support in the early stages of establishing and/or growing a coaching practice
  • Provide training and professional development
  • Share resources and knowledge
  • Provide feedback and accountability
  • Create a network of fellow new coaches
