Join us at our ICF Georgia May 2022 VIRTUAL Chapter Meeting: "How to Design a Group Coaching Program" featuring Katerina Kanelidou, MCC. 

Event Description:

Group coaching although at the beginning stages of adoption by organizations, is one of the emerging trends for coaches who want to make a bigger impact.  In this webinar, we are going to explore how coaches can organize and design group coaching programs: what factors we can consider, steps to take, how to assess the appropriate content and structure when needed, and any challenges we might meet.

The webinar will be
interactive and participatory, and participants will have the opportunity to work on their own program and leave with some actionable steps they can take.  


Learning Outcomes:

  1. Understand what group coaching is and how it is different from team coaching
  2. Identify factors to consider for the structure and themes of group coaching programs
  3. Broaden their understanding of their clients’ specific needs
  4. Be inspired by examples shared
  5. Learn how to contract / what to pay attention to, during the coaching agreement in group coaching programs.
  6. Will have made the first draft of their own group coaching program
Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU):  0.75 Core Competency and 0.75 Resource Development 

Featured Speaker:

Katerina Kanelidou is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), director of Six Steps Ahead, co-founder of Team Coaching Global Alliance and of CoachActivism, and faculty member at the International Coach Academy (ICA).

Based in Greece, she works with leaders and their teams from around the world supporting them to create healthy and high value workplaces, and positive sustainable change even in the most adverse environment. Her coaching style is holistic, integrating creatively her multifaceted background.

Katerina was one of the Subject Matter Experts that contributed to the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, currently serving as the co-leader of the ICF “Team and Group Coaching„ Community of Practice, and is often a guest speaker at international conferences on coaching and leadership. 

She is a graduate of the University of Athens, the University of Barcelona, and the International Coach Academy, and holds a Master's in Dramatherapy.
