Join us for our Summer Learning SeriesFeedback Fest featuring ICF-GA member, Nikki Evans, PCC.

Event Description:

Are you looking for some real feedback in a no-pressure situation? Join us for the ICF Georgia Feedback Festival. Get real-time feedback on your messaging from your coaching community.

Whether you want feedback on how to introduce yourself, your calls to action, your list of possible solutions when not in a sales call but in a conversation with people that could be clients or know people that could be, practicing sales objections, practicing saying your "number" for services - whatever you want to get some support on - join us for a non-judgmental zone where we can practice, provide feedback and have a little fun.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Get feedback
  2. Build confidence
  3. Learn more about what your peers do (and how you're not alone in needing support)

Featured Speaker:

Nikki Evans, PCC

Nikki believes that work should be a place where we can thrive. As a coach, she helps leaders and teams identify strengths, see what is getting in their way of having their success and create actionable plans to get more of what they want. She is naturally curious, loves to solve puzzles and tends to use analogies a lot to help drive clarity. Often her clients tell her they don’t know how what they are saying is connected and are amazed when they find the common thread and solve a mystery about how they can move forward with new clarity. Clients that work with her can expect a non-judgmental space to explore issues and find solutions.

Nikki has a 20+ year background in information technology in various leadership roles. She has been coaching full time for the last 3 years. She earned a PCC from the International Coach Federation and the EMCC Global Team Coaching Individual Accreditation (ITCA) along with an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in Psychology from University of Georgia.

Nikki has enjoyed various coaching engagements including serving as the executive coach for the Executive Women’s leadership forum at Emory University. This program was designed for executive women to work on presence, inluence and growing authority. She very much enjoyed working with a non-profit group in Indiana to coach early learning professionals dealing with the pandemic and other stressors. Nikki has worked with several high performing leaders to hone leadership skills. She also guides teams to navigate the complex adaptive systems they work in to be more effective, joyful and productive in the time they spend together at work.
