Event Description:

This presentation creates awareness of Prochaska’s model of change. Designed to help coaches reflect on each stage, from pre-contemplation to embodiment, and all the steps in-between. We will discuss client characteristics of each stage, what questions a coach may ask to determine where a client is on their journey, and what the coach’s role is at each stage with tools and questions they can use to partner with their clients.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this presentation, you will be able to:

  • Recognize the stages of changes
  • Compile curiosity questions to help identify where your clients are the change cycle for a specific topic.
  • Partner with your clients to establish how to move through the stages of change

Featured Speaker:

Tracy Lefebvre, MSPP, PCC, is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach. She is the founder of Ready of Reboot and That Brain, Body, Mind Place, located just off Marietta Square. She has common alongside individuals for the last 20+ years as they discover, design, and move toward a life that rewards them with more peace, satisfaction, and success. Tracy's coaching practice serves entry- and mid-level managers, individuals with ADHD, women in transition, and students of the craft of coaching in virtual and in-person formats. A Ph.D. student in Human Development-Evidence Based Coaching, she enjoys exploring the science behind connecting the brain, body, and mind to support everyone’s unique design.
