They will identify the most crucial Core Competency and recognize how these competencies manifest in coaching.

2. Mastering the Three CORE Components: Coaches will learn and begin to internalize the three CORE Components that go beyond the Core Competencies. The objective is for participants to understand how these components support and enhance every Core Competency, leading to more powerful and impactful coaching.

3. Practical Application in Coaching Practice: Participants will acquire practical skills to apply the three CORE Components in their coaching practice. This includes how the CORE enhances various aspects such as enrolling, marketing, sales, leadership, and coaching the seemingly uncoachable. Coaches will be equipped to utilize the CORE to improve their coaching effectiveness and versatility.
