“The quality of a person’s life is most often a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group.” - Tony Robbins. We are excited to invite you to our first ICF GA Mastermind Group. This is an intimate group of 8-12 coaches who meet regularly to discuss, collaborate, and support each other on topics that would benefit our businesses. Space is limited, so be sure to register as soon as you can!

Event Details:

Date: Every second Thursday of the month for 6 months: March 7th, April 11th, May 9th, June 13th, July 11th, August 8th

Time: 12-1:30 pm EST

Location: Virtual and one optional in-person gathering

Cost: $30 members / $40 non-members

A mastermind group is a gathering of peers who meet to give each other advice and support on a related industry. Whether you're a seasoned coach, an aspiring professional, or someone passionate about the field of coaching, our goal is to foster a community where we can learn and grow from each other, regardless of your experience as a professional coach. Bring your biggest business questions and join a supportive group to help you achieve your goals and overcome setbacks. We’ll set forth our meeting cadence and group rules together during our kick-off. Here’s the meeting structure:

● Grounding exercise and introductions

● Each participant shares their question/topic for the group. For example:

○ Business model: What is your current business model? Are you planning to maintain and why or are you looking for opportunities to enhance and what are your goals?

○ Sales goals: What is your target sales funnel? How many active clients do you look to have and how many opportunities do you keep in the funnel to maintain that?

○ Service breakdown: What is your breakdown between 1:1 coaching, group coaching/ workshops, and passive income? What would you like it to be?

● People will go around and respond with their advice, questions, or general thoughts about the topic.

● We will likely get through 3 questions, max of 5

● Close with learnings, takeaways and commitments from each person

Note: If not all the dates work for you, please still register, we will adjust the timing of our meetings to accommodate the majority of the group.
