Tracy Lefebvre, MSPP, PCC (Le Fave or Le-Five) is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted background as a Coach, Educator, and Neurofeedback Clinician. Since March 2017, Tracy has been the solo founder-practitioner of "Ready for Reboot," a venture where she collaborates with clients to clarify goals, build confidence, and establish a healthy relationship with the Self. Tracy specializes in working with Managers and Leaders navigating life with ADHD. Drawing from diverse disciplines, including positive psychology, human development, evidence-based coaching, and somatic theories, Tracy supports others using a comprehensive personal and professional growth approach.  Gloriana Teh is the founder and owner of Claritas Consulting & Coaching. Claritas provides talent management consulting services to organizations, along with leadership and career coaching services. As a certified coach and Harrison Assessments solutions provider, Gloriana leverages behavior-based tools and data-driven frameworks to enhance her clients' leadership, career, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Her journey with assessments has included MBTI, DISC, CliftonStrengths, the Big Five, and the Enneagram. She is an avid reader and lifelong learner.
